Tania leads our Trusts & Asset Planning team.

She has a strong general commercial practice, with particular expertise in trusts and asset planning.

She joined WRMK in 2002 and for several years enjoyed a successful career as a civil litigator before focusing on trusts and commercial work.

ABOUT Tania

Tania grew up in Whangarei and has strong family ties here. She occasionally pretends she can play golf and is otherwise happy to relax and enjoy time with her family and friends.

• Advising numerous clients on winding up, varying or restructuring their trusts;
• Formation of trusts for commercial and personal clients;
• Advising on confidential business sale agreements.
