Steve co-leads our property team.
He has a strong conveyancing and general practice, with broad experience in all matters relating to property transactions, property securities, leases, small businesses, wills, residential and commercial transactions. He is also a Notary Public.
Steve is a people person! A familiar face around Whangarei and the North, Steve relates well to his clients. He is able to set people at ease and explain legal documents, which can appear confusing or complex, in a simple and clear manner.

Steve is a Consultant at WRMK, and was a partner/director of WRMK Lawyers (then known as Webb Ross) from 1985 to 2023.
RECENT EXPERIENCE
- Advised clients on the acquisition of childcare centres in Auckland.
- Assisted client with agreement to lease for business premises to be constructed in the South Island.
- Acted on the purchase of an existing business in Whangarei.
- Acted on business re-financing for out-of-town clients.
