Jared is an experienced commercial property lawyer who co-leads our property team.
He helps clients with a wide range of commercial property and business matters including contract negotiation and advice, company governance, business restructurings, company law issues, commercial property transactions (sales, purchases, leasing) and asset planning.
He is a strong advocate of the principle of getting good advice early to avoid costly complications for business further down the track.
He joined WRMK Lawyers (then known as Webb Ross) in 2003, before heading to London in 2006, where he worked at international law firm Reed Smith. He rejoined WRMK’s business team in 2009, and is now part of WRMK’s property team.

Outside of work, Jared enjoys the lifestyle of living in Northland and spending time with his young family.
