WRMK Lawyers welcomes new Associate and Senior Lawyer

WRMK Lawyers is delighted to announce the appointment of a new associate and new senior lawyer in its Whangarei and Warkworth offices respectively.

Associate Amelia Tai Kie (nee Smith) joins the firm’s commercial team in Whangarei, bringing with her nearly 10 years of legal experience in agribusiness, rural and commercial law.

Amelia previously worked as a lawyer in Tauranga, before returning home to Te Tai Tokerau this year. She provides sound and pragmatic advice on the sale and purchase of farms, orchards and lifestyle blocks, ownership structures, leasing and a variety of commercial legal issues, including experience with a variety of horticultural transactions. She also is experienced advising on subdivisions, commercial property development and residential property transactions.

Senior Lawyer Amber Pemberton joins the firm’s Warkworth office. As a general practice lawyer, she is experienced in a variety of life planning and property legal matters, including wills, enduring powers of attorney, trusts, conveyancing and legal advice relating to retirement living. She enjoys building strong relationships with clients and helping them navigate legal matters with clarity and confidence.
