Welcome to our upcoming free Employment Law Drop In Clinic on 25 March 2026. If you haven’t attended before, our law clinics are a one hour, online only session. For the first twenty minutes or so we’ll give you some tips about a topical employment law issue, followed by Q&A – your chance to get some free advice!
In our upcoming drop-in clinic, we’ll be taking you through some of the key changes to the Employment Relations Act, and what you need to know. These changes, which came into force just last month, affect many aspects of the employment relationship. We’ll be focusing on the changes to the personal grievance process and remedies available, as well as changes to the Holidays Act and employee leave entitlements. Come along to ensure you’re up to speed with what these changes mean for you and your employees.
As always, there will be an opportunity for you to ask any employment law questions that are weighing on your mind – you can either submit these in advance or ask on the fly at the clinic.
