Julia is an associate in our Warkworth office, the town where she first began her legal practice.
Julia helps clients from Warkworth to Mangawhai on a wide range of matters, including:
- property (including residential and commercial conveyancing, financing, subdivisions and commercial leasing)
- trust and estate planning matters (such as the formation and maintenance of family trusts, enduring powers of attorney, wills and retirement village Occupation Right Agreements), and
- small to medium scale commercial matters (including the sale and purchase of businesses, commercial financing and structuring and shareholder agreements).
Julia is known for her ability to build and maintain great relationships with her clients, and taking a plain English approach to legal advice, ensuring her clients understand the legal process.
ABOUT Julia
Outside of the office, Julia enjoys keeping fit and the outdoors, and will jump at any opportunity to go fishing.
