Courtney is a friendly and approachable lawyer with a broad range of legal experience.
Courtney joined WRMK in 2019 and works primarily from our Warkworth office.
Courtney began her legal career in Auckland, gaining a broad range of legal experience in trust, estate, life planning, property and business matters.
Courtney regularly assists clients with a wide range of matters, including:
- Trust and estate planning matters (including the formation and administration of family trusts, enduring powers of attorney, wills and retirement village Occupation Right Agreements)
- Property matters (including residential and commercial conveyancing, financing and commercial leasing), and
- Commercial matters (including the sale and purchase of businesses, drafting shareholder agreements, terms of trade and other commercial contracts).
ABOUT Courtney
Courtney lives on a lifestyle block in Whangaripo with her young family, numerous pets and livestock. She appreciates the simple things in life whether it’s a good coffee, cooking for a friend or walking along Omaha Beach.
